Here you can find a selection of useful resources, information and forms to help you with some of the most common requests that tenants have. Follow the links below and complete the forms for more information on extra services, to report an issue, or to book a meeting, or give notice of termination. You can also download the tenant information pack which is full of helpful guidance about your tenancy and the operation of the business park.
Book a meeting room
All Kingsbridge Business Park tenants have free access to the conference room located in D2 on the first floor of the main building for meeting of up to 8 people. Book a slot directly using the calendar link.
Arrange additional parking
Unallocated parking is provided for the day to day use of tenants, their employees and visitors. Overnight and long term parking of vehicles and trailers requires an additional permit, which you can request here.
Rent additional storage space
Kingsbridge offers tenants the option of renting additional secure on-site storage space on either a short or long term basis to suit your needs. Check prices and submit a request using the form.
Request an EV charging point
If you require an EV charging point for your vehicle, please let us know using the form below. We will try to accommodate all such requests where possible. Please note that charges apply.
Get help or request maintenance
Use the form below to let us know about any issues with your unit or the public areas of the park - or if you have any queries about your lease or your invoice, or anything else.
Get approval for unit alterations
Structural alterations to your unit and electrical or heavy machinery installations will require prior approval. Please submit any requests using the form below and we will be in touch to discuss.

As a business tenant you are legally responsible for the safe operation of your Unit, and the health and safety of your employees, contractors and visitors. If in doubt about your responsibilities or the procedures you must follow, consult a qualified professional.

Our normal working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. For any urgent issues out of hours, please call 01202 831700. In case of fire or other emergency, please also contact the emergency services directly by calling 999.
