Kingsbridge Business Park tenants have free access to the conference room located in D2 on the first floor of the main building. The room has an entrance lobby for privacy, and seating for 8 people around a large boardroom table with a power connection. There is a whiteboard and kitchen facilities with refrigerator. The Wi-Fi password is available on request.

Booking instructions

• Please use the calendar below to book your meeting by clicking on the + symbol on the day(s) you wish to book. The booking form will open in a separate browser window. If you haven't used this booking system before you will need to register as a new user, if not then just login and proceed.

• After making your booking, close the booking form browser window to return to this page.

• Your booking will need to be confirmed by email before you can use the room.

• Use of the conference room is free, however please make sure you switch off the lights and heating when you leave as failure to do so will incur a charge.

• Please leave the conference room and kitchen area clean and tidy for the next user.
