Unit alteration request

Use the form opposite to let us know about any alterations you wish to make to your unit.

Please note that all major alterations (including, but not restricted to the following list) require prior approval from the landlord before commencing work:

• Structural alterations to internal walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows

• Alterations to existing electrical or plumbing installations, or new installations.

• Installation or replacement of heating, ventilation or air conditioning equipment

• Any alterations that would require planning permission or building regulation approval.

• Any installation of machinery or equipment other than standard office equipment (copiers, printers, PCs, telecoms).

• Any installation or alteration to the exterior of the unit.

Approved alterations may only be carried out by contractors approved by the landlord, and based on plans/specifications approved by the landlord.
