Report a problem
Use the form opposite to let us know if you have any issues with your unit or the public areas of the business park - or if you have any queries about your lease or your invoice, or anything else.
We aim to respond to all urgent issues promptly whether in normal working hours (9am-5pm) or out-of-hours. In case of a fire or other emergency please also contact the emergency services directly.
You can also report any urgent issues by phone or text to 01202 631700.
For routine maintenance, accounts or billing queries, or any other non-urgent issue, we will aim to respond within 24 hours if your report is submitted during working hours, or on the next working day if submitted on a weekend or bank holiday.
Please note that all issues related to your telephone or broadband service must be reported directly to your provider - not to us.
