Book long term or overnight parking
Any vehicles left overnight or for more than 24 hours will require a parking licence and must be registered. Licence fees are charged monthly in advance and will be added to your services invoice.
Use the form opposite to request a licence for overnight or long term parking of vehicles, trailers, boats or other equipment. Please complete a separate form for each vehicle for which a licence is required.
Parking for tenants and their employees, visitors and deliveries during normal office hours (7am-7pm) is free.
Outside of those hours a 2 hour maximum of free parking time will apply.

Licences are available for a minimum period of 1 month.
Please note
Payment of a parking licence does not guarantee a designated parking space - spaces for vehicles in regular use are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Large vehicles, trailers, boats or other equipment (and any other vehicles not in regular use) may be required to park in certain areas as designated by the landlord.
Parking is at the owner’s risk at all times and Kingsbridge Business Park accepts no liability for theft or damage to the vehicle, trailer or other equipment or its contents.
It is expressly prohibited to store any hazardous materials in parked vehicles, or other equipment or containers at any time.
The site is monitored by CCTV by our external parking contractor and any unauthorised vehicles left overnight or for more than 24 hours without a licence may be issued with a Parking Charge Notice. Signs indicating the terms and conditions for parking are displayed prominently around the site.
Abandoned vehicles will be reported to the local authority for removal.
Full terms and conditions of the parking licence agreement are available on request.
